The only drawback is that the concierge desk seems to be lacking in efficiency and may struggle to assist guests with organizing activities or arranging transportation.

The hotel rooms were very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and great amenities. the fitness center was well-equipped, and the outdoor pool was a highlight, with beautiful surroundings and palm trees. the riverside location provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape.
